Welcome to the website of St. John’s RC High School Dundee!

St. John’s is a Catholic and Comprehensive High School in the beautiful City of Dundee with a wonderful out look to the Sidlaw hills to the north across our playing fields and to Dundee Law across from the front of the school.

As a Catholic school, we actively deliver the Charter for Catholic schools in helping ourselves and our pupils respond to Christ’s call to love God and love our neighbour in all that we do.

As a Comprehensive, we work hard to help ensure that every young person from any background is able to achieve the best of which he or she is capable.

We have a strong sense of family in St. John’s, building on the heritage of St. Marcellin Champagnat who started the Marist Brothers who founded our school in 1931. St. John’s has always had a very good reputation in Dundee and beyond and in 2006 we returned to our fully modernised and extended school which has been described as “one of the most outstanding schools in the United Kingdom”.
